REFUND POLICY

At Quill&Glow, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure that every order is perfect. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will replace the item at no additional cost to you. Refunds will not be issued for damages caused by shipping carriers, but we will provide a free replacement. Please contact us within 15 days of receiving your damaged order and include proof of damage (such as photos) to get a replacement. *ONLY ONE (1) REPLACEMENT PER ITEM WILL BE ALLOWED / ISSUED PER ORDER.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Returns: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item, unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

  • Refund Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at HELLO@QUILLANDGLOW.COM with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how to return your item.
